Know who
you're talking to.

Everyone on Liable shows a government ID before they can message anyone. And if the two of you agree on something, you can write it down and both sign it.

Clarity is the
new safety.

No anonymous swiping. No guessing who's on the other side. On Liable, one verified identity means one account — and whatever you agree on is written down, on the record, for both of you.

  • 1profile per person, locked to a government ID
  • 2requests per pair. Ever.
  • 0screenshots inside the Chat Wall

One identity.
Every kind of connection.

Lifestyle

Date, befriend, move in — with the lights on.

Full live KYC: a short video, a voice sample and a selfie holding your ID. Then a feed shaped by your location and preferences, and only shown to people your declared status is compatible with.

  • Networking & Friendly, Relationship or Co-Living
  • Declared marital status is always visible — no one gets misled
  • Upgrade or step back a category whenever you both agree

From hello to
signed, in six steps.

Every connection on Liable follows the same path. It's slower than swiping. That's the point.

  1. 01

    Verify

Phone OTP, then ID. Lifestyle adds a live video, voice and selfie-pose check.

  2. 02

    Declare

Build your profile and fill a short declaration: status, disclosures, what you're after.

  3. 03

    Discover

Browse nearby people by category, or match on a shared “looking for” in Explore.

  4. 04

    Poke

Send a request. You get two per person, for life — so make it count.

  5. 05

    Chat Wall

A few honest questions first, then a private, screenshot-blocked thread that's your record.

  6. 06

    Sign

Pick a category, set terms, and e-sign the Liable Form. Add a government E-Stamp if you want.

The Liable Form

Say it in the chat.
Sign it in one tap.

Your Chat Wall answers draft the agreement for you. Edit it together, both of you e-sign, and register it with a government E-Stamp if you'd like it to carry legal weight.

  • Automatic for Hiring, Live-In and Spouse; optional for everything else
  • Any material change asks both of you to confirm again
  • Every version is kept — upgrades never overwrite history

Built so the
wrong things are hard.

Woman smiling at the camera

Two requests, for life

Shared between both of you, tied to your verified IDs. It survives deleting your account.

Screenshot-blocked Chat Wall

Your conversation stays between the two of you, in the app, as a record.

Consent on video, nothing more

A short mutual clip confirms identity and agreement. Only you two can see it.

Meet-check code & SOS

Meeting in person? Confirm it's really them, share your plan with someone you trust, and keep SOS one tap away.

Honest trust signals

Verified badge, a block-count band and Delete & Block markers — with an appeal path so no one gets piled on.

Clean breaks

When it ends, it ends: the chat goes read-only and neither of you shows up in the other's feed again.

Questions, answered.

Is Liable a dating app?

Partly. Lifestyle covers dating and relationships, but also friendship, networking and co-living. Business is a separate job and services forum. Everyone is verified either way.

Why do I need to verify my ID?

Because the whole point is knowing who you're talking to. Your ID number is stored as a one-way hash so it can only ever be linked to one account. It's never shown on your profile.

Is the agreement legally binding?

The Liable Form is e-signed by both parties. If you add a government E-Stamp registration, it carries the weight of a stamped agreement. It's not a substitute for registering a marriage.

What happens if someone makes me uncomfortable?

Block them, or Delete & Block. Your request counter with them is closed for good, the chat goes read-only, and repeated contact attempts go straight to our Trust & Safety team.

What does it cost?

Verifying, building a profile, browsing the Business forum and one active Lifestyle interaction are free. Paid plans — daily, monthly, yearly or permanent — unlock more pokes, more interactions and contracts.

Be the kind of person
people can trust.
